Rivercliff Lutheran School

STEPS FOR ENROLLMENT

1. Return a completed enrollment application to Rivercliff Lutheran School Office or Sharon Tieman along with the following enclosures:

• -A non-refundable Application Fee of $75.00 payable to Rivercliff Lutheran Church
• -A copy of child's birth certificate
• -A copy of child's immunization records
• -Child's eye, ear, and dental exam information of Georgia card
  (Can be turned in at a later date)
• (Note: Fees and enclosures not applicable for returning students)

2. New students will be asked to participate in an evaluation with a school staff member.

3. Enrollments will be accepted until a class is filled.

4. You will receive notification of your child's enrollment status.

5. A Waiting list will be established after the class has reached the maximum enrollment.

Maximum enrollment:

•     Kindergarten - 12
•     1st Grade - 12
•     2nd and 3rd Grade - 12

AGE REQUIREMENTS FOR ENROLLMENT:

• Kindergarten - 5 years old on or before September 1, 2004.
• First Grade - 6 years old on or before September 1, 2004
• Second Grade - 7 years old on or before September 1, 2004
• Third Grade – 8 years old on or before September 1, 2004
