Salad Luncheon & Bible Study
The LWML is a group of women within the congregation who meet on the 3RD WEDNESDAY MORNING of each month at 10:00 a.m. for Bible Study, fellowship and service to the Lutheran Church through various mission projects. Their primary means of support is through MITE BOX COLLECTIONS -- the collection of loose change put into small boxes. When added together the "mites" collected from congregational groups throughout the Florida - Georgia District and throughout the entire Lutheran Church Missouri Synod - LWML International add up to millions of dollars for spreading God's Word to the world.
Current Mission Projects with a record goal of raising $1.65 million for the Florida Georgia District include:

Helping Hands for Long-Term Volunteers, LCMS World Missions
Apple of His Eye Ministries - FLA/GA; Gulf Coast Florida Center
"Faith Talks" - Jacksonville's Lutheran Talk Radio Program
