   9:35 A.M. -- Contemporary

Rivercliff Lutheran Church welcomes you.  We are here to serve you and the community in the name of Jesus Christ.  Come and share the blessings of the Gospel of Jesus Christ and join us in worship and fellowship.  A nursery is provided for infants and toddlers on Sunday mornings during all worship services.



There is always a place for you in the sanctuary at Rivercliff Lutheran Church.

   These two services typically follow the traditional formal liturgical order of worship from either the Order of Matins or the Divine Services I or II from Lutheran Worship.  We celebrate the Lord's Supper on the first and third Sunday of each month at both of these services. 

9:35 a.m. Service                       

   This service is a Contemporary Service.   The service is liturgical in content, but more informal in style using contemporary Christian music as well as traditional hymns.  Time is built into the service for prayer concerns, praying for one another, and discussion of the message or the Scripture readings for the day.  We celebrate the Lord's Supper on the second and fourth Sunday of each month at the Contemporary Service.

LENT -- Ash Wednesday Service with Holy Communion
                Worship each Wednesday evening during Lent
   
HOLY WEEK -- Maundy Thursday with Holy Communion
            Good Friday, and Easter Sunday with Holy Communion

THANKSGIVING DAY -- Worship at 10:00 a.m.

CHRISTMAS EVE -- Worship at 6:00, 8:00 and 10:00 p.m.

CHRISTMAS DAY -- Worship at 10:00 a.m.

NEW YEAR'S EVE  -- Worship at 7:00 p.m.
